Το έργο περιλαμβάνει μετανάστριες και γυναίκες με μη δυτικό υπόβαθρο, με μεσαία- υψηλά επίπεδα εκπαίδευσης, σε μία διαδρομή κατάρτισης, η οποία έχει σαν στόχο την απόκτηση και ανάπτυξη προσωπικών, εγκάρσιων και εξειδικευμένων δεξιοτήτων, απαραίτητων για την πλήρη ένταξη και επανένταξη τους στην Ευρωπαϊκή αγορά εργασίας, δημιουργώντας έτσι ευημερία τόσο για τις ίδιες όσο και για τη κοινωνία στην οποία ζουν.
