PROJEKT
Das Projekt erstellt ein Training für Migrantinnen oder generell Frauen mit nicht-westlichem Hintergrund und mittlerem Bildungsniveau. Es verfolgt das Ziel, marginalisierte Frauen selbstbestimmte und finanziell unabhängige Mitglieder in ihrer Gesellschaft werden zu lassen. Da ein bewährter Weg dorthin über den EU-Arbeitsmarkt führt, unterstützt WINBIZ Frauen dabei, persönliche, übergreifende und spezifischer Kompetenzen und Fähigkeiten zu entwickeln, die dafür benötigt werden.
